Shayne is the General Manager for Quality Marshalling and has 30 years’ experience working in Ports throughout New Zealand and Australia. Over this period he has lead strategic growth of respective business units, established a number of new operations and has been involved in operational management including forestry (Log marshalling and wood ships), bulk cargo and container terminal management. Shayne has a Master of Professional Studies (Logistics) degree from Lincoln University.

Joe joined Quality Marshalling as Business Manager in 2013. He has been with the Port of Tauranga Group since 2002 and was previously Chief Financial Officer at another subsidiary, C3 Limited. He is a Chartered Accountant and has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Otago University. Prior to joining the Port industry, Joe was Manager – Audit for PricewaterhouseCoopers in London. He has also held financial positions at Fulton Hogan and Akzo Nobel.

Michael is Operations Manager for Quality Marshalling Tauranga and provides assistance with health and safety management at the Timaru Container Terminal. He has over 10 years’ experience in port operations management with expertise in forestry, bulk cargo and container terminal marshalling and stevedoring operations. Michael has a Master of Management degree from Massey University.

Troy is the Timaru Manager for Quality Marshalling/TCTL. He has a comprehensive port management and operations background spanning more than 30 years. It has included a senior role managing and leading the port marine and port security teams at Port Marlborough and marshalling, stevedoring and logistics companies at the Port of Tauranga and Napier Port.

Steve is the former Chief Financial Officer of Port of Tauranga Limited. He retired from Port of Tauranga in 2020 after 13 years as CFO and 33 years with the Company. He is currently a Director of Quality Marshalling Limited, PrimePort Timaru Limited, Ruakura Inland Port GP Limited and Coda Group Limited.

Tony is a former senior executive of Port of Tauranga Limited and has 30 years’ experience in port development, property and commercial contracts. He is currently a Director of Port Nelson Limited, Quality Marshalling Limited, PrimePort Timaru Limited, Ruakura Inland Port GP Limited. Tony has a Civil Engineering Degree from Canterbury University.

Blair joined Port of Tauranga Limited as Commercial Manager in July 2020 after 20 years at Zespri International, the world’s largest kiwifruit marketer. Blair held a variety of senior roles at Zespri, including Global Commercial Manager and, most recently, Chief Global Supply Officer.

Blair is a Bachelor of Business Studies, majoring in Accountancy, and is a former Chartered Accountant. Blair oversees Port of Tauranga’s operations, marketing and new business opportunities.
